About the 45C341

The 45C341 device is an analog input module which Reliance Electric made to be compatible with AutoMate PLCs. The 45C341 analog input module is not being produced by the OEM, although AX Control may have it in stock. There are eight channels located on the 45C341 analog input module available for use. These eight channels possess the ability to operate at a range of 0 through 5 VDC. 

This device possesses a rectangular shape with a thin faceplate. At the very top of this faceplate, you will see two small indicator lights. These indicator lights are LEDs that illuminate whenever the status, which is labeled to the right of it, occurs during operation. This allows the person who is operating the machine to know take proper steps by knowing the status of the machine and consequently the AutoMate system as a whole. The rest of the 45C341 analog input module’s faceplate is primarily made up of the eight channels that is possesses, which are lined up in a vertical fashion down the faceplate. The top and the bottom of this line of eight channels each have a small screw which are used to properly secure the channels to the module.

To help with removing the 45C341 analog input module from the rack you install it in, there are two small tabs on the top part and the bottom part of the faceplate.
