The 45C363 model is an analog output card which Reliance Electric designed so that it would be used along with the AutoMate family of programmable logic controllers that Reliance Electric also designed. There are a total of five analog output cards that Reliance Electric made which all perform the same functions and are made with almost the same hardware. The lone difference between the five analog output cards would be the range of signals that they are able to handle. The other four analog output cards use the following model numbers: 45C60, 45C61, 45C62, and 45C64.

The 45C363 analog output card is programmed to have the ability to handle any signal that lies between the range of +/- 5 VDC. In addition to that, the 45C363 analog output card possesses 8 channels and operates using a 12-Bit resolution. Each of these channels have their own internal span and zero adjustments. There is a 20-Terminal connector that can be removed, an electrical isolation that is analog to logic, and an internal power supply. If you need analog power, you have the ability to supply it through either internal or external means. These listed features are all kept inside of an enclosure that is designed to protect the inside from any hazardous conditions.
