The 45C63 output module is one in a group of three dual DC output modules. The other two have more Volts than this particular module, which has a total of 24 Volts. There is the 45C65 output module, which has a rating of 115 Volts, and the 45C68 output module, which has a rating of 250 Volts. The 45C63 output module has a nominal DC voltage of 24 Volts and the working voltage ranges from 15 Volts to 40 Volts. In addition to that, the allowable peak voltage due to overshoot is 100 Volts. As for the output circuit of the 45C63 output module, the maximum continuous output current is set to 2 Amps, the maximum on-state Voltage is 0.8 Volts, and the maximum off-state leakage current at peak Voltage is 1 milliAmp. In addition to that, the maximum inductive load energy is 6.5 Joules and the power dissipation at maximum temperature and current is 2.6 Watts.

For proper use of the 45C63 output module, plug it into an I/O rail, such as the AutoMax 45C1 model. After installation, be sure that the environmental conditions of the area it is in are sound. The operating temperature at the module must be between 32 degrees and 140 degrees Fahrenheit, the storage temperature must be between -4 degrees and 185 degrees Fahrenheit, and the humidity must be between 5% and 90% non-condensing.
