The 45C67 unit is a dual AC output module that was created by Reliance Electric. AX Control still typically carries this product within our stock despite no longer being in production by Reliance Electric. Call or email AX Control for specifics on the availability of the 45C67 dual output module.

The 45C67 dual output module, like the other two output modules of its kind (the 45C60 and the 45C62 modules) are used to provide isolated outputs to solenoids, motor starts, and other types of control devices. In addition to that, the dual output modules are used to convert low level logic signals into power outputs by driving a Triac device to switch the appropriate load. 

The 45C67 dual output module has two channels to be used by the operator. The 45C67 dual output module has a nominal AC Voltage rating of 24 Volts and a working Voltage range of 10 to 35 Volts. The current of the 45C67 dual output module, where the worst case RMS is 60 Hertz, is 24 VAC. Lastly, the off state leakage is 1.2 milliAmps at 24 VAC.

For proper operation after installation, be sure to mount the 45C67 dual output module to a compatible I/O rail. In addition to that, you will want to make sure the environment is safe for the 45C67 dual output module, including the operating temperature and humidity of the area. When operational, the 45C67 dual output module must be kept at a temperature between 32 degrees Fahrenheit and 140 degrees Fahrenheit and the humidity must be set between 0% and 95% non-condensing.
