The 45C68 device is an AutoMax Dual DC Output Module that Reliance Electric brought to the market. Reliance Electric no longer produces the 45C68 output module, but we may still have it within our stock, as notated by our website. The 45C68 output module has the highest Voltage ratings when compared with the two similarly rated dual DC output modules that it is associated with, which are the 45C63 output module and the 45C65 output module. The 45C68 output module possesses a nominal DC voltage rating of 250 Volts and a working DC voltage range of between 140 Volts and 275 Volts. The peak voltage that is allowed for the 45C68 output module because of overshoot is 600 Volts. As for the 45C68 output module’s output circuit, the maximum inductive load energy is 26 Joules, the maximum continuous output current is 0.5 Amps, and the power dissipation at both the maximum current and temperature is 1.8 Watts. 

When installing, be sure to connect the 45C68 output module to the correct spot located on the surface of an AutoMax I/O rail. Also, double check the environment’s operating temperature and make sure that it is no colder than 32 degrees Fahrenheit and no hotter than 140 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, check storage temperature and ensure that it is no colder than -4 degrees Fahrenheit and no hotter than 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Lastly, the humidity should be somewhere between 5% and 90% for proper operation to occur.
