About the 57C570
The 57C570 was a PC3000 Processor created by Reliance Electric. This processor may have also been sold by Baldor Reliance and Asea Brown Boveri depending on what years it was being mass-produced. This model is no longer being supported by any of these companies and may be difficult to find. AX Control does make every attempt to keep the 57C570 in stock.
The 57C570 is the Packaged Version of the AutoMax PC3000 Processor. In this version, it includes a PC3000 Processor card, a panel-mounted enclosure with a 6-slot ISA bus, a PC3000 serial card, a 150-watt power supply, and a bag of accessories. This processing system has the ability to handle the capabilities of a FlexPak 3000, or a GV 3000 drive controller. When used with an A-B Remote I/O network, this kit has the power to manage and regulate any device that can connect over the network.
The 57C570 has the ability to support the following features of an AutoMax system: it has three programming languages, it is capable of multitasking, it has a downloadable Runbase for easy updates, it can use the AutoMax version 4 Programming Executive. It has many points of interface that can allow other devices the ability to program and test applications.
The enclosure on the 57C570 is a metal box that is made of heavy-duty steel. It has a 150-watt power supply, it is 12.3 lbs., it has a 49-CFM fan with an air filter that is located on the front panel, and it has 6-slots on its backplane (4 open slots).
