About the 61C350

The 61C350 was an I/O Module created by Reliance Electric. It may have also been in production with Asea Brown Boveri or Baldor Reliance depending on what dates it was in production. This module is not being maintained by these companies anymore, but AX Control tries to keep them in stock.

The 61C350 is a 0-10 volt DC Analog Rail Module that was produced for an AutoMax DCS. This model comes with a terminal strip that does not cause issues with field wiring.

The 61C350 has many features on its faceplate. It has a 12-point male INPUT connection. It has two LEDs that have been labeled PWR OK and COM OK.  It has a 2-channel input and 2-channel output Analog I/O that have 12 connections. These connections are broken into groups of 3 and are numerically labeled 1-12. Next to these numerical labels are the words V-IN or Common. The commons that are in the 3, 6, 9, and 12 spaces are not labeled with words. It has an Input Power connection that is labeled DC+ DC- 24VDC and L2 L1 120VAC. There is a 250 Fuse Type and a box next to it that tells the user to use a 75mA with a 24VDC and a 25mA with a 120 VAC.

The back of this module has a large mounting bracket where four screws can be used to mount it into place. There are also factory drilled holes on the bottom of the 61C350 that are used to promote airflow to the inner circuitry of the device.
