Reliance Electric created the 61C516 to be an AC/DC Input Module. It is very likely that this part was also distributed by Baldor Reliance and/or Asea Brown Boveri depending on when it was constructed. This component is not being supported by any of these three manufacturers any longer, but AX Control may still have the 61C516 in stock. Please check our website for details on its availability.

The 61C516 was a 12-24 VAC/DC AutoMax Digital I/O Card Module. Specifically, this is an input module. It has an isolation that is  2500 V. It has a digital input and output that is 16-point high-density. It has specialized keyed connectors that can not be mix-matched with other connectors.  It has a voltage category rating of 24V. This unit has a standard operating voltage of 19.2-30 V RMS, a 19.2 V turn on, and a 2.2V turn-off. It has a maximum 35 msec @ 50 Hz, 26 msec @ 60 Hz, 11 msec @ dc, and 4 inputs per iso. common input delay.

The 61C516 is mainly made up of a printed circuit board in conjunction with a faceplate that is surrounded by a chassis. This card must be placed on a storage rack assembly. To attach it, you must find an open card slot that is not being spoken for by another type of device. You slide the card firmly into place and then further secure it to the rack using two screws. There are mounting brackets on the rack and the card to help facilitate this. If you need to remove this card, just unscrew it and take the brackets on the card and gently pull the card out of the slot and remove it.
