The 61C613 model is an analog input module that was made by Reliance Electric for their AutoMate series, which is mainly comprised of programmable logic controllers and their accessories. The 61C613 analog input module has a total of 16 channels on it, which are all individually isolated and able to multiplex signals from any combination of thermocouples as well as high or low voltages. For proper use, the 61C613 analog input module needs to be used along with the 61C614 Thermocouple/Voltage Termination Panel or the 61C615 RTD Termination Panel. The 61C613 analog input module’s faceplate has three male connector sockets. However, only the middle and lower connectors will be used in regular operation. The input signals are channeled into the module using two 50 wire flat cable. One of the cable’s ends attaches to the faceplate connector. The other end is designed to attach to the field termination panel, which can be either the model numbers 64C614 or 61C615. These connections facilitate field wiring processes. The back of this device is home to two edge connectors. These edge connectors are used to attach the module to the rest of the system via its backplane.
