The 805403-3R is a controlled power bridge designed with all the suppressors, feedback elements, and power devices that are needed to control a motor or generator field in a Distributed Power System environment. This unit has four SCRs built as a full-wave power bridge. The unit also provides snubber protection. It also has DC output current monitoring through a Hall effect device.
This unit is controlled through the PMI processor in the PMI rack and the UDC module in the Automax rack. This is a reversing 15 amp module.
The 805403-3R is designed to be grounded to the mounting cabinet and the control panel. The top of the 805403-3R includes two power entry grommets. The bottom of the unit includes circulation openings to allow for heat exchange. This part of the unit also has a 14-pin connector. The unit is 127 mm deep, 128 mm wide and 340 mm tall.
