The 805405-3R is a Reliance Electric SF3000 Single-Phase Field Power Module. This module may have also been sold under the ABB or Baldor Reliance product lines, but it has been discontinued by Reliance. The 805405-3R may be hard to find, but AX Control still makes every effort to keep it in stock.

The 805405-3R is a 15-amp 120-460 VAC power module that has the ability to provide a DC motor in an AutoMax DPS with an adjustable voltage and a current-regulated field excitation. It has a maximum AC input of 15.5 amps and a rated DC output of 15 amps. It has an AC line frequency of 40-62 Hz and a short circuit rating of 10 kA. It is 340 mm tall, 128 mm wide, and 127 mm thick.

This module is typically used with a three-phase Armature Power Module that is on a PMI rack. This particular version of this module has the reversing option that comes as a standard feature. There are other features that come standard on this module. These include but are not limited to AC line fuses that are internal, an enclosed panel-mounted chassis, power cube DV/DT protection, a power cube with an electrically isolated design, and a wide voltage range. This module uses an F4 or F5 20-amp 600 volt, 200 kA fuse.

On the top of the 805405-3R are two power wire entry grommets. On the bottom of the chassis are factory drilled air circulation holes and a 14-pin control care connector. This module does not have a built-in user interface on its faceplate or a fan assembly system.
