About the AMM-4000-1

The AMM-4000-1 control module has a faceplate that is loaded with numerous different components, which will all be described here. The AMM-4000-1 control module’s faceplate is broken up into several groups of similar or related components. There is a total of six groups on the faceplate.
The first group of components is labeled as “BACKUP.” This group contains two LED indicators, one that is labeled as “LOAD” and another that is labeled “ACTIVE.” Below these two indicators, there is a large, thin port where a memory card is to be inserted. Be aware that a memory card should not be used in class 1, div. 2 haz. locations.
The next group is labeled as “SYSTEM,” which only has two LED indicators. The first one is labeled as “PASS” and the other one is labeled as “RESET.”
The third group is labeled as “STATUS,” which has a small display screen and two LED indicators. The two indicators are labeled as “NODE” and “ERR.”
The fourth group is labeled as “SETUP.” This group has a small female parallel port and two LED indicators. The two indicators are labeled as “TX” and “RX.”
The fifth group is labeled as “PRINTER” and has another female parallel port that is slightly larger than the one in the group above it.
The sixth and last group is labeled as “DATALINK.” This group has two ports and two LED indicators. The two ports are labeled as “A” and “B.” The two LED indicators are labeled as “ACTIVE” and “TIMEOUT.”
