The O-57403- unit is a 115 VAC High Power Output Module that was made to be a part of the AutoMax series, which was made by Reliance Electric. This module is not being made by Reliance Electric anymore, although AX Control makes an effort to stock this device and may currently have it in stock. The O-57403- output module has a female connector socket and 16 LEDs on the faceplate. To make the output signal leave the O-57403- output module, be sure to use a multi conductor cable. The multi conductor cable is made to attach to the faceplate connector and to the stake-on connectors on the terminal strip.

When you are ready to begin the installation process of the O-57403- output module, be sure to consult the following steps to ensure productive and safe use of the product. First, ensure that the system’s power is totally turned off. This includes turning off all of the power to the rack that you have connected to the system and the wiring to the O-57403- output module. After that, be sure to mount the terminal strip and fasten the terminal strip using the field wiring. Please note that the wire number and the bit number will not be the same. Using a screwdriver to place and secure the O-57403- output module into your desired rack. After that, you can then attach the field terminal connector the mating of the module. You may then turn the power to the system on and verify that the installation was properly done.
