About the O-57405-

The O-57405- unit is an analog I/O drive that was developed by Reliance Electric for the AutoMax series of PLCs. The O-57405- analog I/O drive can usually be found within our stock, which will be notated on this page of our website.

The O-57405- analog I/O drive is made up of a few components on its thin faceplate. The component that is furthest to the top of the module’s faceplate is a small LED indicator. This LED is accompanied by some text above it which reads “OVER SPEED CALIBRATION.” Below that, there is a female parallel port that is labeled with “TO PMI” to its right. Below the female parallel port, there is a series of ten small USB ports. These ports are labeled with the numbers “1” through “20.” At the top and bottom of the row of these ports, you will see a small key slot. These key slots both have a total of six positions. The top key slot is labeled with the letters “B” through “G,” whereas the key slot at the bottom is labeled with the numbers “1” through “3” on the left side and the numbers “6” through “8” on the right side.

In order to make removing the O-57405- analog I/O drive from its associated rack easier for the operator, there are two tabs that can be pressed down to disconnect it from the rack. One of these tabs is located on the top of the module while the other one is located on the bottom of the module.
