The O-57406- unit is a drive controller module that was made to be included inside of the AutoMax series, which was created by the company Reliance Electric. You will usually be able to find the O-57406- drive controller module inside of AX Control’s stock, as shown by this page on our website.

The O-57406- drive controller module is a thin device with numerous components on its faceplate. The very top component on the O-57406- drive controller module’s faceplate is used to display any fault codes on the module, as indicated by the “FAULT CODE” module just above it. Just below this component, there is a small LED that is labeled as “OK.” Below this LED, there is a small switch that is labeled as “TEST SWITCH.” This switch has a total of three positions, which are labeled with the numbers “1” through “3.” Just below the test switch, there is a red button that is labeled as the “RESET” button. Finally, there are three female parallel ports. The first parallel port is labeled as “TO POWER MODULE INTERFACE,” the next port is labeled as “GATE CONNECTOR BOX 2,” and the last port is labeled as “GATE CONNECTOR BOX 1.” 

For the operator’s convenience, there are two small tabs which are designed to facilitate the removal of the O-57406- drive controller module from one of the AutoMax racks. You will be able to see these tabs by looking at the top and bottom of the module’s faceplate. To remove the O-57406- drive controller module from the rack it is installed in, all you need to do is press on these tabs and then pull the module out of the rack.
