The O-57418- module is an A/B interface that Reliance Electric was responsible for introducing to the market. The O-57418- A/B interface module can, most of the time, be found inside of our stock here at AX Control. Check this module’s status in our stock here on our website.

The O-57418- A/B interface module has a thin faceplate that is home to the components that are used in its functions. At the top, you will see a rectangular LED that is labeled with “FAULT CODE” above it. Right below it, there is a much smaller green LED that is labeled with “OK” directly to its right. A little bit further down the module’s faceplate, you will see two small counters. These are both labeled with “DROP NUMBER” above it. The first one has the label “1ST” directly to its right and the second one has the label “2ND” to its right as well. Lastly, there is a 25-pin female parallel port that has the label “GATEWAY” right below it.

In order to facilitate the process of removing the module from the rack, there are two tabs, which are on the top and bottom parts of the faceplate. Using these tabs is a simple process. Gently press on the tabs to have the module disconnect itself from the rack. After that, you will be able to pull the O-57418- A/B interface module out of the rack with no issue.
