The O-57435- processor module is one of three AutoMax processor modules that Reliance Electric made. The other two processor modules have the following model numbers: O-57430- and O-57431-. The three processor modules all have some differences in their specifications but are largely similar, especially in their appearance, so be sure that you purchase the right one for your AutoMax system. The O-57435- processor module is based on the 32-bit, Motorola 68020 microprocessor. The processor module is programmed to use the following high-level application languages: Ladder Logic, BASIC, and Control Block. This module has 300K available to be used with application programs no matter the operating system that you have loaded on the processor module. If you plug more than one AutoMax processor module into an AutoMax rack, then you must have the Common Memory module plugged into the rack as well. Additionally, you can use a Common Memory module with only one processor module, making an extra 128 kilobytes of memory available.
