The S-67108-2 pulse tach input module’s faceplate is filled with numerous components. The top of the faceplate has a total of six indicator lights. Five of these indicator lights are yellow, while the last and sixth light is green. These indicator lights have labels, which are listed here as follows: “COUNT STOP,” “LATCH,” “CLEAR,” “FORWARD,” “REVERSE,” and “CCLK OK.” Below that, there is a row of twenty ports. These ports each have a rectangular shape and are individually labeled two different times. One of these labels is the port’s number using the numbers 1 through 20. The other label indicates the function of the port. For example, the first port is labeled as the “NC” port and the last port is labeled as the “Z-” port. The row of ports has two key slots surrounding it with one on the top and one on the bottom. These two key slots have six positions each. 

To facilitate removing the S-67108-2 pulse tach input module from the rack, the module’s faceplate has a tab on the top and on the bottom. These tabs can be pressed to make the removal process much easier.
