Product Description

DC3R-12D-00-010-AI is a Reliance Electric DC3 series regenerative drive. “00” means that the drive is contained in a chassis enclosure. “AI” means that the drive has an isolated reference input of 0-10 VDC and 4-20 mA. The maximum speed trimpot adjustment range is 0-90% of the rated voltage. The minimum speed trimpot adjustment range is 0-25% of the rated voltage. The acceleration time range with no load is 0.5-6 seconds. The deceleration time range with load is 0.5-6 seconds. The Forward and Reverse torque maximum is 200% of the rated current. The input impedance (S0 to S2) is 32 k ohms. The maximum field current is 1 ADC. The maximum AC line distribution KVA with a 115 VAC input is 25 KVA, whereas with a 230 VAC input, the maximum AC line distribution KVA is 50 KVA. The field voltage at 115 VAC is 50 VDC from F1 to L1 and 100 VDC from F1 to F2. The field voltage at 230 VAC is 100 VDC from F1 to L1 and 200 VDC from F1 to F2. The speed range is 60:1. The speed regulation (with a 95% load change) with armature feedback is 1% of the base speed or better. The speed regulation (with a 95% load change) with tachometer feedback is 0.1% of the base speed. Below 50 Hz, maximum vibration allowed is 0.5 g. Above 50 Hz, the maximum vibration allowed is 0.1g.
