The 0-48652 is Speed controller from Reliance. This controller has seven dials on the front of the controller. Each dial goes from zero to ten. The dial at the left corner is labeled Full Auto Ratio, the top right is labeled Full Auto Balance, the second dial on the left is labeled Man MAX Spd., The second dial on the right is labeled Zero Set, the third left knob is labeled Max Spd., there is a place on the third right that doesn’t have a knob, the fourth knob on the left is labeled Full Auto Max SPD, the last knob on the right is labeled Tach Auto Max. Spd. Each knob is adjustable independently of the others. At the base of the controller has the following labeled, 457CC1, B/M 22527-15TB. This controller is a long card that slides into place. This speed controller has a metal cage like brace at the back of the controller. This controller utilizes many small parts such as diodes, resistors, capacitors, and connective wires. Some of these components are attached directly to the circuit board, while others are attached with small wires to elevated metal pins that raise the component above the wiring that snakes over the surface of the circuit board. This speed controller will just slide into place and is secured by two screws on the front of the faceplate (one on top and one on the bottom).
