About the 0-48652-30
The 0-48652-30 is a Calibration Meter Board created by Reliance Electric. The 0-48652-30 has a front panel that has four variable resistor knobs coming through. The top variable resistor knob is labeled CRAWL SPD REF., and the knob has the numbers zero through ten on it. The second variable resistor knob is labeled CURRENT COMP. and the knob has the numbers zero through ten on it. The third variable resistor knob is labeled MAX. SPD. and the knob has the numbers zero through ten on it. The fourth variable resistor knob is labeled SLACK TAKE UP and the knob has the numbers zero through ten on it. The circuit board has another small variable resistor on it with only a small screw to adjust it. The 0-48652-30 has well over one hundred metal pins (each pin has a small circle around the base and a customized label for what that pin is used for). These metal pins are used as relays to connect various components to the circuit board without having to make traces or having to solder the parts. All that must be done is to wrap the wire from the piece around the pegs. Between the sections of metal pins are also positive and negatively labeled arrows. There are four places for integrated circuits on the bottom right side. There is also two radial ceramic capacitors and a carbon composition resistor that are connected directly to the circuit board.
