0-48664-2 Reliance Electric Voltage Transductor

The 0-48664-2 is a board component from Reliance.  This board is no longer manufactured but was originally created for use within the company’s drives. 

The 0-48664-2 functions as a Voltage Transdructor board.  Unlike many boards in this series, it has no connected faceplate or any kind of extractor clip attached.  The board is built with a ten-position terminal strip located along its leading edge.  Most of these terminals are individually labeled.  The center of the board is populated by a larger transformer component mounted in a frame that is screw-mounted to the board’s surface. This is marked TR-11805 69000-34-R.   Several colored wires connect the transformer to the board, including red, orange, green, brown, and yellow wires.  

Other board components include integrated circuits, polyester vinyl capacitors, diodes, metal film resistors, transistors, ceramic capacitors, disk capacitors, and short point-to-point surface wires.  The surface of the board has been printed with a grid pattern.  Most components are not marked with any type of reference designator but may be marked with their manufacturer part number.
