The 0-48680-117 is a GP2000 regulator card created by Reliance Electric. The 0-48680-117 card is eight inches long and four inches wide. Around the perimeter of the 0-48680-117 are a series of connection terminals. There are twelve male style connection terminals and a long orange female standard style terminal block with twenty openings. The 0-48680-117 also has two female connection terminals closer to the center of the card. The regulator card has three microcontrollers and twenty-five integrated circuits that are used to regulate and control the duties of the 0-48680-117 card. These pieces hold various amounts of information that is used to control the card. The 0-48680-117 has two larger relays on the lower right corner of the circuit board. These relays have a DANGER sticker on them that reads: Danger 230 VAC, 1A MAX, T2 20, 21, 22. The surface of the 0-48680-117 card is covered with tiny ceramic capacitors and SMD style surface mounted resistors. These tiny parts fill in most of the space between the larger components. There is a crystal oscillator in the center of the regulator card. The 0-48680-117 also has four large holes in the center of the card and a small black peg in the center of some of the drilled holes. These holes can be used with pegs to support a daughter board or to make the 0-48680-117 a daughter board for a larger card.
