The 0-51377-3 is a five-slot printed circuit board by Reliance Electric. This circuit board is small. As the name implies there are five long connection slots on this board. The 0-51377-3 has six small pins on the far left with wires connected to each pin. In between the first and second slot are a cluster of five metal tabs with wires connected to each tab. In between the second and the third slot are three more metal tabs labeled X2, X3, and X0. In between the third and fourth slot are five black wires of different lengths connected to the board. In between the fourth and fifth slot are eight more sections of black wires attached to the board. On the other side of the fifth slot is a cluster of ten or more metal pins with a variety of wires connected to them. There are also twelve metal tabs on the far-right edge. These tabs are color-coded between red and white and also have labels 1 THY, 2THY, 3THY, 4THY, 5THY, and 6THY. The “THY” labels are placed in between two metal tabs the top pin is labeled for a red wire and the bottom pin is labeled for a white wire. There are four large holes to secure the 0-51377-3 into place. There are also ten smaller holes one on each end of the five connection slots. These holes are used to secure each of the connecting terminals to the circuit board.
