The 0-51378-5 is a very small and narrow board component. The board has six components only. These include four stab-on connectors that are lined up in two lines of two. Stab-on connectors are labeled (Red)K, K (Red), (Wht)G, and G(Wht). The other two components are both pin connectors. These are not labeled. One pin connector is located between the two K stab-on connectors and one is located between the two G stab-on connectors. The board is also labeled with the Reliance board number and is factory drilled in four locations in a single parallel line.
