Reliance Electric is the maker of the 0-51445-A. The circuit board has three circular style transistors with a silver colored cap. The circuit board has several titles printed on the surface of the circuit board such as I. E. T., CONTROLLER, AMPLIFIER, EMITTER FOLLOWER and the part number 0-51445-A. The circuit board has five large metal variable resistors. The variable resistors are on the front of the circuit board and can be controlled by turning a small post that sticks out. These can be adjusted individually and are not reliant on each other. These variable resistors are similar in the sense of volume control. Turn the knob to the left the energy allowed through becomes smaller, turn the knob to the right and the circuit becomes wide open allowing a lot of energy through. The circuit board can connect up to twenty-six wires to the outside of the circuit board using the twenty-six metal tabs around the outside of the circuit board. To connect the wires a special style wire end is needed it is a metal sleeve that is attached to the end of the wire then crimped onto the metal tab. The circuit board uses a mass of other items to assist it in functions such as diodes, resistors, various sized (small to large) condensers.
