About the 0-51476-4
The 0-51476-4 is an I/O printed circuit board that was produced by Reliance Electric. Over the years the Reliance Electric company changed hands and became known as the ABB or Asea Brown Boveri company. The ABB company also produced these circuit boards and the part numbers are the same. However, the 0-51476-4 is no longer being made and is considered to be an obsolete part. The 0-51476-4 circuit board is rather small but holds a lot of components. The card features a female style connection terminal on the left edge. This female connection terminal uses four screws to attach and secure wires with eye hook connection ends to the card. The 0-51476-4 has a small variable resistor called a trimmer. The trimmer is an adjustable resistor with a rotating center. The card also uses a variety of carbon composite resistors, varistor resistors, carbon film resistors, and fusible style resistors.
The I/O printed card also stores energy using polyester capacitors, PCB mount electrolytic capacitors, and polypropylene capacitors. The 0-51476-4 also has a large transformer, to allow the 0-51476-4 to communicate and share current with surrounding circuit boards. The 0-51476-4 uses traces, signal diodes, and Zenner diodes to move the electrical current around the circuit board. The 0-51476-4’s processes are all controlled and stored in the single integrated circuit on the lower edge of the card. To learn how to install the 0-51476-4 refer to the Reliance Electric instruction manuals and datasheets.
