About the 0-51811-3
The 0-51811-3 is manufactured by Reliance Electric as a tester card. The circuit board itself is pretty bare and only has the following pieces on it: the 0-51811-3 has two integrated circuits, three peach colored fusible resistors, thirteen carbon composition resistors, a varistor resistor, a small transistor, a large silver polystyrene capacitor, six signal diodes, and a large transformer, along with a large bundle of wires that come from all the components on the front panel. The 0-51811-3 card does have some open spaces with connection points already in place to add additional components should it be needed. This tester card does use a grid pattern across the surface. Measured zero through eighty across the length and A through Z, AA through AZ, then BA through BD. The front panel has a large voltage meter at the top. Below the voltage-meter is a dual turning black colored knob. The lower part of the knob has a fin that is used to leave at the chosen pace, the upper section of the knob is white with a black line to leave at that chosen pace. Around the knob is labeled one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, and twelve. Between the numbers five and six starts a line that is labeled one through five and ends between the numbers nine and ten. Under this knob is a toggle switch labeled SCALE + on the left and Test – on the right. There is also a small knob labeled TEST SIGNAL and around the knob is marked zero, four, six, eight, and ten. There are also two off-white plastic plates with a total of four metal hooks on them.
