About the 0-51820-2
The 0-51820-2 is a PC Pulse Transmitter Board produced by Reliance Electric. The 0-51820-2 board operates in a racking system. This card will slide into place and then be secured using the two anchoring screws on the faceplate. The face plate is barren with only the anchor screws, PLDC written at the top, the part number 0-51820-2 across the bottom and the Reliance Electric emblem to identify the card while it is in the rack. On the surface of the card is a series of fifteen integrated circuits ranging from a small size to medium size. The 0-51820-2 board has ten small circular and silver transistors (four across the top, four across the bottom and two in the center). The transmitter board has two large carbon composition style resistors in the center and sixty-nine smaller carbon composition style resistors around the remained of the board. The 0-51820-2 has two small diodes and twenty-five polyester style condensers. All of these individual pieces are nicely placed in linear clusters, in a similar if not matching fashion. The 0-51820-2 card uses a grid pattern to keep everything evenly placed. The X-axis of the grid is marked using letters of the alphabet and doubling them up to account for all the lines, the Y-axis of the grid uses numbers in intervals of five (going up to eighty) and tick marks to represent numbers that aren’t shown.
