About the 0-51839-13
The 0-51839-13 is an IRCP PC Relay Board produced by Reliance Electric. This circuit board has a front face panel. On this front panel is marked IRCP across the top. Then there is an anchor screw. Below the screw, it reads RELAY ON. Below this label is seven white circles. The circles are labeled one, two, three, four, five, six, and seven. Each of these circles is an individual light. Below the lights is a teal green female connector with screw in anchor points. Below the female connector is the part number 0-51839-13 and another anchor screw. Where the faceplate connects to the actual circuit board are two wires coming from each of the lights on the front panel and attaching to the board. There is also about ten wires coming from the female connector on the front and attaching to the board. There are four rows of resistors totaling twenty-eight. Next, to the resistors are seven small integrated circuits, and three small PCB mount electrolytic condensers. In addition to the three next to the resistors, there are four more of the PCB mount electrolytic resistors towards the back of the circuit board. There are also seven large tallow boxes. These yellow boxes are the relays the lights refer to on the front panel. Each relay is labeled REL 1 through 7 and when the relay is operating it will illuminate its corresponding light on the front.
