About the 0-51847-4
0-51847-4 Voltage Detect PC Board
The 0-51847-4 is a printed circuit board (PCB) fabricated by Reliance. Drive boards like the 0-51847-4 may be marked with the Reliance logo or may be marked as coming from Baldor-Reliance or ABB (Asea Brown Boveri.)
The 0-51847-4 has a front faceplate with a rotary dial marked “Bias.” This rotary dial is connected to a potentiometer mounted to the back side of the faceplate. The front faceplate also has six screws covered by a cover. The first three of these screws are labeled 1, 2, and 3. The fourth screw is not labeled. The last two screws are labeled 81 and 82. The front faceplate also has a single red LED indicator that has a notation that “1 S is energized when light is on.” The faceplate has two set screws to connect the board component into the rack system.
The 0-51847-4 is populated by a transformer, a relay, several transistors, integrated circuits, and resistors, disk capacitors, diodes, and capacitors made of polyester vinyl, aluminum electrolytic, and other materials. The board uses surface wiring in several locations. The board has a conductive tail stub that is used as a backplane connector. Publications originally provided by Reliance (manuals, datasheets, user guides) for technical support will still provide more in-depth information about the operation and installation of this board.
AX Control maintains a large inventory of Reliance Electric Drive Boards. Many of these boards are new products housed in the original manufacturer’s box. Other products have been through our extensive refurbishment and reconditioning process completed by our in-house experts.
