The 0-51848-1 is a circuit board manufactured by Reliance Electric to be part of Reliance Electric drive systems.  Due to mergers and changes in corporate structure, these boards may be marked with manufacturer logos from Reliance Electric, from Baldor-Electric, or from Asea Brown Boveri (ABB.)

The 0-51848-1  has a silver-colored front faceplate attached to the board component.  The front faceplate has four rotary dials that are marked from zero to ten.  The dials are labeled stability, limit, calib, and taper. Each one of these rotary dials connects to a potentiometer that is located on the opposite side of the faceplate.  There are several wires that connect from the faceplate above each potentiometer to the surface of the circuit board.

The 0-51848-1 is populated by a single relay.  Multiple surface wires extend from this component and connect to the surface of the board.   There are also eight integrated circuits, ceramic disk capacitors, capacitors made from polyester vinyl and other materials, resistors, diodes, and surface wiring on the board.

The surface of the 0-51848-1 is printed in a grid pattern that is marked on one axis with letters and on another with numbers.  The rear edge extends into a tail. This tail has a single drill hole.
