The 0-51865-18 is a printed circuit board produced by the Reliance Electric Co. Circuit boards fabricated by this company may be marked with the Reliance logo, or they may carry marks from Baldor-Electric, or possibly ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) depending on the year of manufacture.  The same part number is used in all instances.

The 0-51865-18 functions as a Current Loop Driver Board.  A silver-colored faceplate with a set screw located at its top and its bottom edges fronts the board. The front panel has a single red LED indicator, marked ‘gain limit,’ and two rotary dials. One dial is labeled “rate” and the other “gain.” They can be set from zero to ten.   Both dials are backed by potentiometers placed on the rear of the faceplate. The faceplate and the PCB connect via three screws.
