About the 0-51874-2
0-51874-2 SSCC Electronic Module
The 0-51874-2 is a printed circuit board component fabricated by the Reliance Electric Co. In some cases, these parts may be marked as parts from Baldor-Reliance or ABB (Asea Brown Boveri.) The part number remains the same.
The 0-51874-2 functions as an SSCC Electronic Module. The board is fronted by a narrow faceplate that attaches to the board by three screw connections. Additionally, the board is factory drilled along its rear edge. This edge also has a central tab that extends from it that is covered by small conductive points. The front faceplate is marked with the Reliance logo, the board number, and also has two LED indicators embedded into its surface. Both indicators are red, and each is wired into the board surface using two metal prongs. The first of these components is labeled “Major Loop On (1S)” and the second is labeled “Minor Loop On (2S.)”
The surface of the 0-51874-2 is covered with a grid pattern. One axis of this pattern is labeled with numbers, the other by letters. Components on the board include eight integrated circuits, diodes, metal film resistors, wire wound resistors, TP test points, transistors, and various capacitors. Capacitors include ceramic disk capacitors, polyester vinyl axial capacitors, aluminum electrolytic capacitors, and capacitors made of other material. The board also has two Omron 24 VDC contact resistive relays.
More information regarding subjects such as board operation, maintenance or detailed installation instructions may be found through Reliance publications like data sheets, manuals, or user guides.
