About the 0-52002-2
0-52002-2 Relay Card
The 0-52002-2 is a board component from Reliance Electric. Reliance has also produced board components under the manufacturing names of Baldor-Reliance and ABB (Asea Brown Boveri.) If your current 0-52002-2 board is marked as originating from one of these companies instead of Reliance and you have questions about compatibility, please reach out to our team.
The 0-52002-2 is a rectangular circuit board with an attached front faceplate. The faceplate portion of this component is narrow and silver and is marked “Relay” along its top edge. The panel includes two set screws to lock the board securely into place once it has been installed. The front panel also has a six-position terminal strip. This is located along the bottom left edge of the panel. These screw connections individually wire into the board’s surface.
The 0-52002-2 has very few components. The surface is printed with a grid pattern and is marked with the Reliance logo. The rear edge extends in a narrow tab that is covered with a conductive material; this acts as a backplane connector. The rest of the board’s surface is empty with the exception of two relays, a polyester vinyl capacitor, a single axial resistor, and a line of components consisting of four diodes and one carbon composite resistor.
Reliance publications like data sheets, manuals, or user guides will provide more information on operative properties of the 0-52002-2. These publications will also provide detailed instructions regarding installation and maintenance, as well as troubleshooting for common issues.
