0-52711 Reliance Programmable Data Input Card 115 VAC

The 0-52711 is a circuit board component manufactured by Reliance Electric for use within their various drive systems.  In some cases, this component may be marked as coming from ABB or from Baldor-Reliance. This relies on the year of the board’s manufacture due to mergers with those companies.   The part number will still include 52711.

The 0-52711 functions as a Programmable Data Input Card.  Unlike most cards in this series, it is not rectangular; rather, it is shaped like a rectangle with one long corner cut off.  This edge is populated by a black vertical component that houses two disk capacitors and four bipolar transistors. The 0-52711 is marked on its back surface with codes like 800792-89A and 497.  The board is marked along its front edge with its product number and the notation of “115VAC.”   The board is drilled in two locations.
