About the 0-52712
0-52712 Input/Output Board
The 0-52712 is a PCB component made by Reliance Electric. This board is primarily used within Reliance drives. Unlike many boards in this series, the 0-52712 does not have a front faceplate attached to its surface.
The 0-52712 is an Input/Output board. It is not a rectangular board. Instead, the board has a basic rectangular shape, but one edge has been ‘clipped’ off at an angle to leave the board with a short leading edge. This edge has an oval cutout located just inside of it, which then fashions a sort of handle at this point of the PCB.
The 0-52712 is printed with a grid on its front surface. It has three large components from front to back that cover other components on the board. The frontmost of these is labeled Output. This component has two disk capacitors mounted on its front plane. The next of the large components is marked 405971-28A. It is connected to the board with four screws. The last of these components is connected to the rear edge by three screw connections. It covers terminal strip connections.
Other components on the 0-52712 include MOVs (metal oxide varistors) disk capacitors, carbon composite resistors, diodes, polyester vinyl capacitors, other types of capacitors, transistors, metal film resistors, surface wiring, and several integrated circuits.
More information about the operation or installation of this board may be found through publications from Reliance. This includes user guides, product manuals, and data sheets. For your own protection, please read and follow all safety/handling procedures as recommended by the manufacturer.
