About the 0-52712-7
0-52712-7 PC Output Frequency Module Card
The 0-52712-7 from Reliance Electric is a PC Output Frequency Module Card. This circuit board is manufactured by Reliance for use within the company’s drive systems. In some cases, this product may originate from Baldor-Reliance or from ABB. In all cases, the id number for this part will remain the same.
The 0-52712-7 does not include a front faceplate like many cards in this series. Instead, the 0-52712-7 is a five-sided card with a narrow leading edge that is designed like a handle. This edge has an oval cut-out located just within its boundaries. The front left edge of the card is cut away, sloping down to meet the left card edge and creating the fifth board edge. This edge has a large black component that is used as the board’s output module. The module is marked UM50872, and is designed as two interlocking pieces. The board also has a separate black component located on its rear edge, marked 800756-6A. This connects to the board using three screws threaded from the bottom of the card.
Other components on the PCB’s surface include ceramic capacitors, metal film resistors, transistors of two types, diodes, surface wiring connected to vertical pin components, and fourteen integrated circuits. ICs include binary counters and analog bus drivers.
If more information regarding the operation of this board is needed, or if detailed information regarding its installation is required, please refer to publications originally provided by Reliance, such as series user guides, manuals, or product data sheets.
