About the 0-52806-1
0-52806-1 TLOB Tach Loss Over Speed Board
The 0-52806-1 is a board component manufactured by Reliance electric for use within their drive systems.
The 0-52806-1 functions as a Tach Loss Over Speed Board. This module is designed with an attached faceplate. The faceplate on the 0-52806-1 is populated with two red LED indicators, one that is labeled “Over Speed” and another that is labeled “Tach Loss.” The panel has a reset button, an opening labeled “Tach Calibration” that gives access to a potentiometer located on the surface of the circuit board, and a twelve-position terminal strip that runs down the right panel edge. Many of these screw connections are individually labeled. The terminal strip is designed with its own cover that connects with two screws.
The 0-52806-1 is populated by a TR-12174 411027-5-R transformer with multiple wired connections. The board has one relay that is located on the rear board edge. It has several stab-on connectors, as well as transistors, stab-on connectors, integrated circuits, resistors, diodes, and capacitors. Capacitors are made of a number of different materials, including ceramic and aluminum electrolytic mediums. While most components are axial components mounted directly to the board, a few components are mounted to posts above the board’s surface. The board is printed with a grid pattern.
If more information is required about board operation, or if detailed instructions for installation are desired, please refer to Reliance publications such as data sheets, manuals, or user guides for this information. Reliance provided technical support for the 0-52806-1 and other boards in this series.
