About the 0-52807
The 0-52807 is a VSSA module printed circuit board from Reliance Electric. The VSSA is a circuit board that is used in a power rack. The front of the 0-52807 is exposed while placed in the rack and features the module type (VSSA) and the part number (0-52807) printed on the front for easy identification. The 0-52807’s front panel also has a dial marked Zero Set and the dial itself is marked zero through ten. Below the dial is a standard terminal block with a small black cover over the top, with holes drilled in it to access the screws. The standard terminal has wires that connect to metal pins on the circuit board labeled 88, 89, 1, 2, 3, and 4. The 0-52807’s circuit board section features two large transformers held in place with metal brackets. On the top of each bracket, the transformers are labeled. On the top transformer near the top of the card, it reads TR 8825, 63125-7-A and on the transformer closer to the bottom of the card it reads TR-10282, 64977-85-A. In between the transformers are four Zenner diodes and two signal diodes. Behind the transformers are three large polypropylene style condensers and a large thick wire resistor. Behind the large condensers and the large resistor are seven linear style resistors. The 0-52807 is also laid out with a grid pattern and labeled with numbers zero to eighty (increasing by fives) on the upper edge and single letters or pairs of letters on the left edge.
