0-52820  RPIA Card

The 0-52820 is a board fabricated by the Reliance Electric, LTD manufacturer.  This board is used primarily in Reliance drive systems.  It is marked with the company logo.  However, in certain cases, your current board component might have shipped from either Baldor-Reliance or from Asea Brown Boveri/ABB.  If you have any questions about whether your current circuit board is compatible with this listing, please speak to one of our team members for more information.

The 0-52820 is an RPIA board.  It is built with an attached faceplate with two set screws (one at the top and one at the bottom) that lock it securely into place within a rack system once installed.   The faceplate also includes a single red LED indicator and a terminal strip with six screw connections.  Both of these components are located on the left (top) edge of the faceplate.   Terminal screws wire into the board surface using black wire connections. 

The 0-52820 is populated by a single large transformer in a frame that wires into the board’s surface using different colored wires.  The board also has over fifteen integrated circuits, resistor network arrays, resistors, capacitors, transistors, and diodes.  Capacitors may be made of ceramic material or of an aluminum electrolytic medium.  At least one capacitor has been secondarily supported by a zip tie connection.  The board includes a conductive backplane and has a grid pattern printed on its surface.  Components are not marked with reference designators but may be marked with part numbers from their original manufacturer.   For more detailed information, please refer to Reliance data sheets or manuals.
