The 0-52821-1 is a module component fabricated by Reliance Electric for use in the company’s various drive systems.  The 0-52821-1 is comprised of a front faceplate attached to a single circuit board. This component is typically marked as coming from Reliance Electric; however, depending on the year the board was manufactured, it may be marked with a logo indicating it originated from ABB or from Baldor-Reliance.  In all these cases, the 52821-1 part should remain.

The 0-52821-1 includes a faceplate that includes two LED indicators.  These indicators are both red and are located in the top third of the board.  They are labeled Power and Data Valid.
