0-52823 DFSA Digital Firing Board

The  0-52823 is a Reliance Electric board component manufactured for use within the company’s drive systems.

The 0-52823 is built with a narrow faceplate attached to the board’s circuit board component.  This faceplate has no components built into its surface. The faceplate has a set screw located at its top and bottom edges to allow the board to be locked into place within a rack system.

The 0-52823 is marked on the board surface with a grid pattern.  This is notated along one axis by letters and along its second axis by numbers by fives.  The component number is located along the bottom board edge. The board itself is populated by a single polyester vinyl capacitor, several ceramic disk capacitors, and metal film resistors.  The board has thirty integrated circuits on its surface. This includes XNOR gates, high-performance analog decoder/drivers, and NAND gates. Most ICs are marked with their manufacturer’s part numbers to allow the user to easily identify and replace any chip that may have an issue.  Please note that all used parts purchased from AX Control go through a thorough refurbishment process.

The rear edge of the 0-52823 extends in its center and is covered by conductive tabs.  This acts as a backplane connector when the board is inserted into a rack system.
