0-52837 ACCA Analog Comparator Card

The 0-52837 is a PCB fabricated and distributed by Reliance Electric.  This board is most usually used within Reliance Electric drive systems.

The  0-52837 is an Analog Comparator Card that is designed with a  faceplate connected to the circuit board component portion of the module.   This is designed with a bank of six LED indicators over a second bank of four LED indicators.  The first six LEDs are labeled FEED PERM, LOW SPD1, LOW SPD2, ZERO SPD, % OVSPD, and OVSPD. The last four LEDs are labeled STALL, TACH LOSS, FLD LOSS, and O/L.  The faceplate also has a red reset push button located near its bottom edge. These LEDs and push button are wired into the attached circuit board.

Other than the components previously mentioned, the  0-52837 is populated by multiple components, including three polyester vinyl capacitors.  One of these capacitors is secondarily supported and attached to the board using a zip tie.  The board has surface wiring. It has metal film resistors, ceramic disk capacitors, transistors, and TP test points.  The board is marked across its surface with a grid pattern. The back edge is marked with the code 802280-41A.
