About the 0-52841
0-52841 SRDA Static Ratio Detector Module
The 0-52841 is a Reliance Electric module manufactured for use within various drive systems.
The 0-52841 functions as a Static Ratio Detector Module. This product has a wide front faceplate connected to the components two primary and one auxiliary circuit boards using screw mounts and metal frame carriers. The faceplate has an opening cut into its top half that has been labeled “diameter.” On the bottom half, the board has a toggle switch labeled “On” and “test.” Below this switch are two round openings. One of these is labeled “cal.” These openings line up with potentiometers located on the board surface.
The top board included in the 0-52841 is marked 0-54385. This board is populated with four toggle switch components, over twenty integrated circuits, a large bipolar transistor along with several smaller transistors, nine resistor network arrays, and capacitors, resistors, and diodes, including disk capacitors. The board also has several stab-on connectors and metal pins for quick connection of components. This board is connected to the bottom circuit board (marked 0-54385-1) by two metal frames. The bottom circuit board is populated by additional integrated circuits, capacitors, transistors, metal pins, resistors, and diodes. It also has several instances of surface wiring. The board partially supports the vertically mounted auxiliary board that backs to the faceplate. This board has more of the components previously mentioned and is wired into the bottom board via surface wired connections.
More information regarding the operation or installation of this board may be accessed through Reliance publications like manuals, data sheets, or user guides. Please read and follow all safety recommendations.
