About the 0-52862
0-52862 Current Limit Snubber CLSA
The 0-52862 functions as a Current Limit Snubber Card. The circuit board component is fronted by a faceplate with two set screws that lock the component into place within the rack. The faceplate has two rotary dial components located toward its bottom edge. These are marked “motor” and “regen.” Both dials can be set anywhere between zero and ten. Each of the dials connects to potentiometers located on the surface of the circuit board.
The 0-52862 is built with stab-on connectors. It has several vertical pins for wiring components directly to, rather than connecting them to the board as axial components. The board has metal film resistors and ceramic capacitors. It also has several disk capacitors. There are multiple transistors on the board’s surface of various design. The board has five integrated circuits.
The surface of the 0-52862 is printed in a grid pattern. The bottom edge carries the board identifying number. One corner is drilled. The rear edge is designed to act as a backplane connector and has a tail-like extension in its center covered in conductive tabs. Please refer to Reliance publications (manuals or data sheets) for more information regarding the operation of the board. Reliance user guides will also provide more information regarding installation and handling procedures. Reliance Electric was responsible for providing technical support for this product. Only properly trained personnel should install or maintain Reliance circuit boards.
