About the 0-54200
0-54200 Reliance I/O Driver Module
The 0-54200 is a PCB board component manufactured by Reliance Electric. This board is designed for use within Reliance drive systems. Some 0-54200 PCBs may be marked as originating from Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) or from Baldor-Reliance; this is the same part. The part number will be the same in these instances.
The 0-54200 functions as an I/O Driver card. It is a large circuit board without a front faceplate. The board has extraction clips attached to one edge to allow for easier insertion/extraction into a rack system. These clips give technicians a lever point to pull the board out of position when taking it out of its location, and gives them a handling point when inserting the board into a rack, thus protecting more delicate parts of the board.
The 0-54200 is marked with a grid. Most of the board’s surface is empty. The bottom edge of the board is populated with a board connector. Other components on the board’s surface include ten integrated circuits, a transistor, a ceramic capacitor, and three metal film resistors. The board is drilled at multiple points.
Reliance Electric originally provided all technical support for the 0-54200. More information about the operation or installation of this product may be found through original publications from Reliance. This includes such items as manuals or user guides. Please follow all recommended safety and handling procedures.
