The 0-54200-4 is a large circuit board.  Unlike many in this series, it does not include a front faceplate.  However, two extractor clips have been inserted in the front two factory-made drill holes.  These extractors serve several purposes: not only do they give technicians a lever point to pull a board from a tight rack position, but they also provide those technicians with a safe handling point during both extraction and insertion of the board.  This protects more delicate points on the board’s surface.
