0-54220 64-Bit Autobus Link Board

The 0-54220, fabricated by Reliance Electric, is designed to be used as a 64-bit Autobus Link card.  This circuit board fits in Reliance drive systems. Typically, this board is marked with the Reliance logo.  However, the board may sometimes originate from a differently named manufacturer, including Baldor Reliance or Asea Brown Boveri.

The 0-54220 is a five-sided circuit board with a wider back edge and a narrow front board edge.  The left edge of the board is longer than the right, and there is a fifth diagonal board edge between the front and left edges.  The front and diagonal edges are populated with a black component (marked 800756-20) that acts as a board input. This has two LED indicators mounted into its front surface.  This component locks into a second component that extends over the edge of the board. A third black component is located along the back edge of the board. This is marked 800756-64, and connects to the board using three screws.  

The 0-54220 has a grid pattern printed on its front surface.  The back surface of the board includes the codes 801412-88A 477 and 022 PEC1.   The board has twelve integrated circuits, several TP test points, seven transistors, along with metal film and carbon composite resistors, disk capacitors, and other types of capacitors.   More detailed information can be found through manuals, data sheets, and user guides originally published by Reliance.
