About the 0-54349
0-54349 Phase Sequence Board
The 0-54349 is a board component from Reliance Electric. This board is typically used within MaxPak Plus variable speed drives. It is designed to detect the proper input line voltage, field supply voltage, and phase sequence. Incorrect phase sequence will cause a logic high within specific components on the board’s surface, which will then create a nonconductive state. Outputs from the 0-54349 are fed to the Overload and Fault logic card (OLVC.) This is part of the protection network for the controller. The 0-54349 is used on incoming line voltages of 110 to 270 VAC.
The 0-54349 is a rectangular card connected to a white underlayment. The board is drilled in each corner and has mounting hardware installed in each of these factory-made drill holes. The surface of the board is marked with a grid pattern that has one axis labeled by numbering and another labeled by lettering. The board does not use reference designators.
The 0-54349 is populated by components like integrated circuits, TP test points, stab-on connectors, and surface wiring. The board has transistors, capacitors, resistors, and diodes. Capacitors include disk capacitors and other ceramic capacitors as well as aluminum electrolytic and polyester vinyl capacitors. The board primarily uses metal film and wire wound resistors. The wire wound resistors are mounted above the board’s surface.
